    We partnered with the creators of StreamCon, the inaugural digital content and creator convention at the Javits Center in NYC, to provide branded personal photos with celebrity guests. With our proprietary online photo retrieval technology, we created a seamless data capture and content delivery system for the existing StreamCon website. StreamCon was then able to monetize a professional photo opportunity with celebrity guests like YouTube star Connor Franta!

  • Pharrell Happy Book Tour

    We partnered with Barnes and Noble at The Grove in LA and Penguin Random House to bring some Happy moments to guests of Pharrell's book signing. Each attendee received a photo with the children's book author and all around happy dude, Pharrell Williams, on a custom designed website with data capture and social media sharing technology.

  • Discovery at Sea Princess Cruises

    We brought the crabbing boat to NYC with green screen technology; Helping Discovery Communications promote "Discovery at Sea", an interactive experience enjoyed on Princess Cruises. Guests received a 5x7 print while the whole party could view the action on a large in-house monitor. Needless to say, everyone had a roaring good time!

  • Tyler Oakley Book Tour

    Crowds came out in huge numbers for their copy of the eagerly awaited book by YouTube sensation Tyler Oakley. We again partnered with Gallery Books, a Simon and Schuster imprint to instantly deliver custom branded photos. Every stop of the thirteen city national tour was sold out with over 6,000 in total attendance. It wasn't surprising that the social media impact was extreme with hundreds of thousands of impressions.

  • Discovery 30th Anniversary @ TCA's

    Super fun event providing our standard green screen photo op, with print onsite and immediate online retrieval via custom retrieval gallery for our good friends at Discovery Channel for their 30th Anniversary Celebration at the Beverly Hilton, Beverly Hills, CA. Guests had 6 custom images to choose from, highlighting different shows from some of Discovery Channels biggest hits, such as GoldRush, Deadliest Catch, Naked & Afraid, and Mythbusters. Images were shared via social media within seconds of taking the image!

  • Animal Planet's Woofstock

    For Animal Planets Woofstock, the road to the Puppy Bowl, we provided a fully customized video booth, simulating the "Kiss Cam" seen at sporting events like the Super Bowl, where guests would enter and get a 5 second clip of them with their dog reinacting "kiss cam" like footage to be shown during the actual Puppy Bowl, on Animal Planet. The footage is available for the guests to download, via our custom designed Video retrieval gallery, with added bandwidth increased for maximum speed/ loading, and social media sharing capabilities.     Once again it was our pleasure to partner with Simon & Schuster, Atria Books, & Keywords Press to provide another 7 city book tour, this time featuring Justine Ezarik, aka iJustine, YouTube star, vlogger, author, and actress, in her premiere book launch, entitled An Analog Memoir. Due to the success of the other book tours, we once again provide a images for each guest, which are live uploaded to the custom URL/ Gallery, and feature a custom designed retrieval card, as well as image overlay. Analytic report provided reflects the over 99% retrieval rate, which continues to prove the success of the social media sharing elements included in the custom web design.

  • ICUL Convention 2015

    For our client Illinois Credit Union / LSC's annual convention, we provided our signature green screen photo setup, which included multiple custom designed green screen image backgrounds for guests to interact and choose from, custom designed URL, retrieval cards, Image gallery, 4x6 images printed on-site instantly, as well as live image upload. Guests not only would receive a printed image with custom overlay, but they were able to retrieve and share their images instantly via all social media platforms built into the web retrieval gallery.   • Shane Dawson I Hate My Selfie Book Tour

    It was our pleasure to partner with Simon & Schuster, Atria Books, & Keywords Press to help bring a multi city book tour with YouTube sensation Shane Dawson, and transform it into a meet and greet photo op for all fans to enjoy and share. We provided photos of each guest as they met Shane, which were instantly available via our custom designed gallery retrieval page ( All photos were instantly uploaded and available for immediate social media sharing with custom message embedding. Because of the first 6 cities success catapulting Shane onto the New York Times Best Sellers list in large part due to his enormous fan turnout and support, a second leg of the tour was ordered and we happily provided the creative services. Custom designed cards, custom designed URL and gallery page, social media integration and custom messaging all contributed to the great success of these events with over 200K pageviews in the first 45 days.

  • Book Con NYC

    Once again we partnered with Simon & Schuster / Atria Books / Keywords Press, at the annual Book Con at the Javits Center In NYC. Here we documented a live Q&A Panel featuring the four Authors/ YouTube Vloggers: Shane Dawson, Joey Graceffa, Connor Franta & Justine Ezarik. Here fans were able to ask their favorite authors the questions they've always wanted, and interact with them on a personal level. We once again created custom a URL, Image Gallery, retrieval cards, and image overlay which highlighted the four individual authors meet and greet images they participated in with fans. We had two simultaneous photographers instantly uploading images to the custom gallery where once again the guests can download and share their photos via the social media links built into the site. Even authors like the great R.L Stine stopped by with the stars of the upcoming movie Goosebumps, to take a photo with their favorite bloggers. The Analytics and Social Media Sharing report highlights the success of the event, again with a retrieval rate of over 98%.

    We began the kick off of summer with our friends at TLC, providing a fun interactive step and repeat photo op, in which guests could get their photo with TLC’s talent, such as SYTD star Monte Durham & Lori Allen, in front of a custom step and repeat background featuring the clients logo with custom #TLCBlockParty & TLC Summer overlay.     We covered and documented a luncheon celebration the upcoming book premiere from Michael Strahan entitled Wake Up Happy, in which Michael was honored and mingled with Atria Books employees along with some TV personalities. The images were for Atria employees attending as well as the marketing team, but were then shown on Nation Television on Live with Kelly and Michael!

    Our third book tour with Simon & Schuster, Atria Books & Keywords Press, was with YouTube Vlogger, author & director, Joey Graceffa. His premiere book entitled In Real Life, took us across 8 U.S. cities providing the same successful elements as the Shane Dawson, and Connor Franta tours. This includes instant live upload at each event, custom URL/ retrieval cards & gallery, custom image overlay, as well as data collection and google analytics that include social media sharing, statistics, lead generation. Another raging success is reflected in the immense social media sharing and presence , which continues to provide great marketing for both the book publisher, book store partner & talent as well.

  • Silver Lining Design Group

    For our client Silver Lining Design Group, we provided a step and repeat photo op, in which guests could get their photo in front of a custom step and repeat background featuring the clients logo along with a "Greetings from Santa Monica" text highlighting the locale. Since the gathering was an internal event for the company, we provided a link to download images immediately upon completion of the event. We also provided a photographer to capture room/ decor images as well as documenting the special performance by Los Angeles based Synchronized Swim Performance group "Aqualilies". It was a pleasure to document such a fun and creative evening.

  • Kim Kardashian "Selfish" Book Signing

    We were happy to partner with Barnes & Noble to provide a photographer to take images of fans with Kim Kardashian at her "Selfish" book signing at the Barnes & Noble at the Grove Los Angeles. Here we provided a custom URL, as well as a custom designed Image Gallery retrieval page where guests images where uploaded instantly and available for immediate social media sharing and downloads. A raging success reflected in the 100% retrieval rate, and overall social media presence of images shared from the event.   • BET Upfronts 2015 NYC

    For BET Upfronts in NYC, located at Jazz @ Lincoln Center, we partnered with Silver Lining design group to provide two simultaneous green screen photo set-ups. We created 6 custom backgrounds and overlays for each guest attending the event to choose from to interact with and have a 5x7 printed instantly. The backgrounds included images featuring talent from 6 of BET & Centric's current TV shows, which help promote the network's shows, as well as provide a fun an interactive time for all guests attending the event. We also provided a third photographer that captured both room decor/ ambience images, as well as candid interactions of the guests throughout the night. These multiple interactive photo experiences, continue to prove successful and enjoyable for both clients and guests alike.

  • Connor Franta A Work In Progress Book Tour

    On the heels of the Shane Dawson book tour we again provided multi city photo coverage of another YouTube sensation/ vlogger/ author Connor Franta, on his 7 city tour throughout the U.S. for our client Simon & Schuster, Atria Books, & Keywords Press. All photos were instantly uploaded and available for immediate social media sharing with custom message embedding, via our custom designed web retrieval gallery, URL and retrieval cards. Once again the success of the events can be seen immediately in the analytics report we provide which includes all online sharing data, as well lead retrieval built in to the custom Website.   • Fleetmatics WWETT Tradeshow

    Providing our signature green screen photo op, we helped bring more brand awareness to Fleetmatics at the annual WWETT (Water and Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show) in Indianapolis, IN by providing guests with a fun interactive photo op either surfing, or in a Fleetmatics branded truck. Each guest was directly emailed their image via a custom email template, as well as given a custom designed retrieval card, where they can go to the Custom URL and image retrieval page to download and share their image directly to social media. Consumer lead retrieval and data capture were incorporated both in the design and the output of the image retrieval site, providing valuable data for marketing and future sales opportunities.

  • Smithsonian Channel

    Celebrating Black History Month, we joined Smithsonian Channel to document an eight city event featuring screenings of the upcoming network released documentary The Legend of Lead Belly, premiering on Smithsonian Channel early March 2015. This film outlines key achievements of the life of Huddie William Ledbetter aka Lead Belly, and gives insight to how he became the legend he remains today. At each event we provided full photo documentation, from room shots, to candids, & posed photos of guests in front of a fully branded step and repeat media wall. Local art galleries played host to each event throughout the cities of; Baltimore, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Denver, Memphis, Pittsburg, Teaneck NJ, and Boston. Each event was both presented and narrated by Smithsonian Lead Belly Archivists, Historians, and family members of Ledbetter himself, giving great insight adding a unique personal touch to an evening already highlighting such an inspiring artist and legend.

  • Discovery RealScreen DC

    We were happy to help showcase the show Naked & Afraid for Discovery Communications at the RealScreen Summit in Washington DC. We provided our green screen photo op with 5x7 prints instantly, and simultaneous upload capability to a custom branded gallery retrieval page, where guests could instantly download and share their images on social media and beyond.     It was our pleasure to accompany TLC's Theresa Caputo ( The Long Island Medium) on her 10 city book signing! We provided free fan photos for every guest that got to meet Theresa during her signing. They received a retrieval card where they could download and share their photo for free. All of the events were extremely well attended and successful with over 5200 unique visits to the custom built website, (, over 95% of visitors downloaded and shared their image!!     Velocity Live @ SEMA was another great success again this year! Full video coverage documenting all happenings during the week long car event in Las Vegas. We captured stills and video throughout the week, including a theater Screening of the 100th ' Overhaulin' episode, meet and greet autograph signings with Chip Foose & Chris Jacobs, as well as a live filming of the season finale of 'Overhaulin' . Also in attendance were Richard and Aaron from 'Gas Monkey Garage', The 'Wheeler Dealers' , and special guest Jeff Gordon and Ray Everham, whom unveiled their old car onstage during the 'Velocity Live' show. An overwhelming show of support from all the guests and fans made this years event even better than last!   • Discovery's Skyscraper Live with Nik Wallenda

    Nik Wallenda practically danced across Chicago's Marina Towers during Discovery's blockbuster Live event on November 2nd, 2014. Watched by over 6.7 million viewers the event was a huge success. VIP guests watched the event unfold live across the street from the Wyndham penthouse.   • 64th Annual NDV Bal De Paris Fundraiser

    The Ritz Carlton San Francisco hosted the 64th Annual Notre Dame des Victoires Bal De Paris benefit fundraiser for NDV schools.   • Shark Week at Fin Fest Hermosa Beach

    GH Prime Media provided a fully interactive Green Screen Photo Booth setup at the First Fin Fest, Hermosa Beach, CA. Discovery was promoting their most famous week of programming, Shark Week, and what better way than with a photo of you either riding on two sharks, or posing as a mermaid.     The two day BET Experience event at the LA Convention Center during the run up to the 2014 BET Awards was a hit thanks to our interactive green screen setup and online photo retrieval with custom website. Over 1200 4x6 prints were handed out during the event and in the days following thousands of social media impressions were generated thanks to our sharing tools!

    Another successful Upfront event, this time with Discovery US Hispanic and their affiliated networks. We provided full video coverage including amazing timelapses. We also provided several photographers roaming and taking candids as well as posed shots with the networks talent from Cake Boss Buddy Valastro, Magician El Mago Pop, to Dave Salmoni, as well as the team at Texas Trocas.   • Discovery Upfronts 2014 NYC

    An extremely successful Discovery Upfront event again this year! GH Prime Media provided 4 simultaneous photo ops, that each were instantly available online, as well as 5x7 print outs. We highlighted the shows for Animal Planets "Treehouse Masters", featuring a life-sized treehouse where guests can take photos with the start of the show, Pete Nelson. Discovery Channel had two photo ops, one Step & Repeat media wall complete with photographer, and instant upload to branded site, and the Discovery Naked & Afraid photo op. This is where guests could get their photo in front of a green screen, and their head placed on the torso of a (pixelated in areas :)) nude body, from the show Naked & Afraid. Those images were instantly available as well as printed instantly. TLC had two photographers roaming and wirelessly shooting images of guests with TLC stars such as Theresa Caputo from Long Island Medium, and Buddy Valastro, the Cake Boss. Guests could then pick up their images instantly, as well as download online.     I F*cking Love Science! The Science Channel and late-night TV host Craig Ferguson announced plans to produce a new show based on the popular blog I F-ing Love Science at this years South By Southwest in Austin, TX. We were there to capture all the comedic hijinks and explosive experiments from featured guests Bill Nye, Kari and Tory from Mythbusters, Eugene Mirman & more!     BET's six city promotional tour for the 2013 Soul Train Awards utilized our instant print on-site system in conjunction with online retrieval. A custom landing site was built, along with a custom email template and social media tie-ins. Our footprint was small; simply a professional photographer, a high quality DSLR camera, a laptop, and a printer were needed to create a unique take away, complete with event specific hash tags.

    GH Prime Media paired up with ChicagoTEN for their 4th Annual Alumni Challenge - a crawl through the best River North bars to kick off college football season. The goal of the ChicagoTEN Alumni Challenge is to raise $100,000 for Chicago Public Schools, by donating 100% of ticket sales to charity. Charitable crawlers raised over $40,000 for local kids last year!

  • CatVidFest Video Production

    Animal Planet and The Walker Art Center teamed up to bring the Second Annual CatVidFest to life at the Minneapolis State Fair. Over 10,000 people crowded the grandstands to celebrate everything cats! Special guests included internet sensations Grumpy Cat and Lil' Bub. While conducting interviews, we were photo bombed by special guests!

  • WFG Convention 2013

    We provided a print-on-site, green screen, and online retrieval package for Everest Funeral Planning and Concierge Service ( during the 2013 WFG Convention in Las Vegas. Over 3000 4x6 prints were delivered to guests in under 18 hours! We also designed a custom online retrieval site with data collection so guests could email, download, or share their image to social media. The Everest booth was a huge draw and they were able to deliver marketing materials and a positive experience to each guest!

  • TransPerfect's DIA 2013 Kickoff Party

    The undisputed must-attend kickoff party for the annual DIA conference in Boston is always thrown by TransPerfect. This year a Gatsby themed extravaganza wowed guests and DIA attendees. Dinner, dancing, live music, and of course photography! We provided a roaming photographer and our standard photo booth setup in TransPerfect's custom tableau. Photos were branded and made downloadable via a custom website with our embedded gallery feature. Sharing functions were disabled by request and a custom gallery manager login was provided, just in case there were some guests having too much fun...Complete site analytics including a unique login were provided to the client following the event.

Our activation, simultaneously in two cities at Wrigley Field and Busch Stadium, helped create an experience for the whole family to enjoy. Using images directly from the series, our proprietary green screen software and tent setup captured images throughout the day, including a visit by Deadliest Catch Captain Bill Wichrowski! Guests were able to retrieve their photos on the Discovery North America promotional website with our embedded gallery solution, then share them with their friends on social media. Complete site analytics including sharing metrics were provided to the client following the event.

    Once again TransPerfect outdid themselves, hosting their annual incentive program, Platinum Club, in Bermuda. A unique and tropical destination, Bermuda provided the perfect backdrop for their events, making for some beautiful photography.

  • Health & Benefits Leadership Conference

    Everest Funeral Planning and Concierge Service needed an experiential marketing plan for their trade show presence throughout the year. In both San Diego and Las Vegas, GH Prime Media was able to deliver them a custom green screen solution that was both engaging and entertaining. Guests walked away with a 5x7 print and a card to download their photo from a fully customized Everest retrieval website with data collection.

    Discovery Communications held one of its two yearly Upfront events in NYC on April 4, 2013. GH Prime Media was called on to provide print-on-site and online photo retrieval services for the OWN, TLC, Animal Planet, and Discovery Channel networks.
